The Big Box Blues

Once every other month or so my mom and I head over to the big box membership-only store, BJs, and purchase a whole bunch of household items like paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. My mother is very generous and she always foots the bill. But then, I'm one of those dudes who believes men shouldn't have to be responsible for this stuff...that it should just magically appear for us. But there's also something sleazy going on at these big box stores in terms of publishing and the writers life.
